I approach my work from a biopsychosocial perspective, recognizing the interconnectedness of biological, psychological, and social factors in shaping an individual’s health and well-being. I also use a variety of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques, to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and actions.
I have a personal and professional interest in the many benefits of Mindfulness and implement these concepts in my work with my clients.
